It may happen.. I guess, If all country will unite and have the same idea to make Bitcoin the only currency in the whole world. If they will make it happen for sure they will make bitcoin decentralized so they can manipulate the currency's value and know all the transaction that we make. But I think there will be a lot of Bitcoin holder's that will get angry on the idea that Bitcoin will be decentralized and their transaction will be seen by other person.
