I have some few question to ask

Can you help me to understand what does this licence issue mean ?,how does licence apply in crypto world  as far as Edg is concerned ?

My second question is on the usage of edg,i have read at the beginning of the topic, saying that edg will make casino decentralized,how this will happen because as far as i know casino are places where people go by paying money and spend some time doing gambling,i cant really figure out how does edg come to intervene here.

And my last question is based on exchanges (bittrex)
I have gone and registered my self in there and bought some edg coins,but those screenshot posted edg order book confuses me

Sometimes you can more green(bids) that reds(asks) but the btc volume decreases  what does this mean,I though when you find more green than reds btc volume must be rising up beacuse people put more bid thus causing the price to rise up
