Thousands thinking one BTC was 18000 now is 16000 man... I'm loosing money... sell sell like the you know what.
Sheep engaged in full mode panic sell.

And altcoins are just like emerging markets.
Crisis in the US (BTC) half of the world (altcoins) goes bankrupt.

Best advice, and all should do like me.
Take your girlfriend/wife to dinner, have a fun weekend, forget about the price and the coins and remember that last year BTC was under 1k.
There is nothing you can do right now than making stupid trading mistakes and stress yourself to death.
