Honestly, without being able to see all your addresses/transactionIDs, it's very difficult to say why your balance is not showing up correctly. It could be that your wallet isn't synced properly, it could be that the balance IS correct but you mistakenly think you should have more.

It could also be that you've selected "show history rates" in (Tools -> Preferences -> Fiat) menu... this will show the value of transactions based on the BTC to $ rate at the time/date that the transaction occurred... not current rate.
