Do you need a reply to participate in the signature campaign? Most campaigns you just need to sign up through a Google form and you will be added on the spreadsheet. Nice and easy 
Are you sure? In my case most of the campaigns I have came upon were built in a typical old school way where you had to apply with your post count and address and wait for the manager to check the quality of your posts and let you know if you're in.
