There is some kind of uncontrolled mess. Why does such a good project have such a bad organization 
After ICO is finished, communication is at very low level at many projects.Maybe ist is, because they have the money and there is no need to take care of bitcointalk, but this is not good, investors are looking at every little detail and communication is one of the most important details.
Actually most of the projects (good ones), hire extra community managers, only for ICO period. After ICO its normal that communication becomes "quite". As communication before, was an marketing campaign and now it is finished. But everything is ok here, dont need to worry.
