Honestly,i dont gambling but in my own opinion if you want to leave the games in gambling in your entire life,the first things you must do is control yourself,always we put that our mind is better than our body because it is the one who must order of what you doing,second is find other things that make yourself busy like in sport or you must go to gym for diversion,and lastly you must pray for your recovery.
