Lately I've been busy because of work, lack of sleep and cannot eat at the right time.


Can someone give me some tips to have a healthy lifestyle?    Sad
Ok nice question, i will ask your question as a medical doctor. If you want your body stay healthy you must organized your life cycle and eat fruit(vitamin or suplement). So in the morning, you can make a little excercise before you go to work. And you can consume a suplement like imboost or anything else, the suplement must have Vitamin B complex. The main thing is you must have a breakfast in the morning even if you busy. In some research, you just need 4 or 5 hours to sleep to make your body stay healthy, even though there some research too you must sleep 8 hours in the night.
