I wonder what is the definition of low value. Value is relative. to one person it might be of high value and relevant while to another it might be of no value. How will you determine if something or a post is of low value to everyone?

How about you read the actual posts of the thread you're in because asking something that has already been asked and answered is low value:

and who will define, an interesting post or not... this opinion is subjective. a lot of things it is interesting to me, but also it is a lot of not. here so then also it turns out that ban for anything...

Staff decide, but of course it is subjective. Staff aren't going to remove posts just for the fun of it though so it really needs to be a worthless contribution for it to be considered for removal. Lots of people report posts that they think are pointless and sometimes the staff agree and sometimes they don't, but users here aren't banned just for 'anything' and are done so for breaking a serious rule. This forum is probably one of the most liberal on the internet and in fact many would and have argued that moderation here is too lax.
