1. do you need to register for the full payout potential to work? I'm wondering if you can use just the Bitcoin Address.
2. if you disconnect your device because of a power outage, will the potential be carried over or you start again on the 1 day?
3. they found some block today, will you get something if you are connected or your need the 13.5 days to get a reward?

yes yes indeed. i had to take my machines offline a few days ago as i am moving my setup to a new location. even so, my payout for the 2 blocks last night and this morning were still very very nice.
kano's payout system is truly fair, based on actual work contributed (with an increasing/decreasing ramp factor), and not on speculation and dumb luck and timing.
