I checked at cryptocompare. You can mine 0.000158 per th by your own without a pool . Ofcourse you cant with a single machine. Pool fees around %4 - 5 then you can mine around 0.00015 with a pool. The payout looks fair. Here in turkey daily electricity cost 0.24 usd per th and they take 0.35 per day  maintenance fee which looks fair too. You can buy a dragonmint 16 th for 106 usd per th and then rent 1 th asic power for 150 usd . Probably they buy cheaper then 106 usd per th and thats their profit. So hashflare looks a sensible feasible bussiness. But time shows.
