If Bitcoin decreases then it's time to buy more Bitcoin. Some trader invest when the price drops and sell when the price up. Some trader know where to exit and where to enter. Hope you learn somehing in my reply.
I think not good time to buy Bitcoin now. It nearly Chritmas and lots of investors will sell their Bitcoin and make the price decrease. We should wait till then to buy
