I am fed up with all this lending based opportunities.

I found a new on couple of days ago.

weekly and monthly passive returns on  your investment. But you don't need to lend out your tokens. When you invest you receive units and the amount of units determine your weekly passive return. So no tokens are locked because of lending contract.
