You can withdraw BTC´s already for few days now if you have yourself minimum 100 HBC
 and at least minimum 0,02 BTC ready to withdrawal, so please dont say its scam !!!!

If you havent 100 HBC yet, just wait until you can buy them when exchanger is open and all good !
