Do not try to show this as a SCAM. There might be a hackers but it's not the thing bitcoin is worse. Just like if any one stole your own fiat currency and saying bad about fiat instead of theif. So exchanges might be unsecure. Lets see the problem
It's really worst to hear about delay in trasactions. You need to think about the fluctuation and its not permanent to down always because it was low in trend.
