The price of bitcoin is increasing and the network delay is bigger,are you trading for the first time,when ever the price of bitcoin rises the number of transactions increases and the network becomes congested because of that and it takes a long time to get a single confirmation and the transaction charges are usually higher,if you are getting your coins from the exchanges why does anyone move the coin to other location,they can trade directly without moving their coins,if you are looking for cheap and fast transaction and not valuations,look for dogecoin and other small coins with unlimited coins.
