Whats the reason behind the very long time to get the coins from the ICO website to own wallet. Support says 24 hours, but time just keep on runing without any response?
This worries me.
ICO withdrawals are only processed in weekdays (not weekends) and only after you respond to confirmation email from our
support@minexsystems.com.
This was implemented to make sure that you are the owner of the ICO account.
so many issue about this ICO withdrawal,
and i hope minexcoin team will solve it as soon as possible,
my questions is wh to take a withdrawal need a long time ? is this not automated or i can said the withdrawal is sent in manual mode ?
