No one could really tell what will happen if someone can kill a person because of anger. It really depends on how extreme the situation is. Anger can really lead to violence but if its handled properly the intent of killing someone is not needed. Its a different story if someone has the right to take lives just because of anger. Most likely, a person will kill someone because of anger if there is no law and there will no consequences if its done. There's a movie about this topic, PURGE. People has the right to kill anyone once a year.
