Dont worry about som many things, if you have vuc just hold it and if you dont have them buy few like may 50,000. It will not cost you a lot also as the price is very low now.
About the site it will be update soon, everything will happen at one go the website updation, white paper release, crypto school launch. As per the info I have they have started the beta testing of the portal as alpha testing is already done. They have asked for 3 more weeks time so lets consider that it will be happening in first week of Jan 2018.
