Any real investor is going to know they can buy $1 instead of being forced to buy $300 worth. I don't think a real investor ever thinks they are limited or required to put in a certain amount.
Sadly... there is no Aptitude Test required to use the Internet and/or CryptoCurrency 
Makes me laugh when people are like "GBYTE" should be listed as "MBYTE" so all the crypto-n00b investors think they're getting a good deal by being able to buy a whole one... just buy a smaller chunk then!

I think you'll find it says "Textcoin already claimed"... ie. someone already claimed the Bytes
