approximatly a week ago i paid somone 2$ ! and i did it with a very very low fee (0.03$) ! and untill now its unconfirmed ! so i was thinking this is the reason mybe ?! knowing that this never happend to me before!

Maybe the unconfirmed transaction you paid to someone is the initial reason why you get this error it might be the funds sent was spent already on the receiving address but it still appears on your balance since its still unconfirmed.
And now you're going to send to a different address with exactly $100 and you paid $4 for the fee, while you send $2 to anyone which is still unconfirmed but the total amount you have is only $104.xx
Try to lessen the amount you want to send then try to send again. Please correct me if there something wrong what I said.
Maybe you can share with us the TXID of the unconfirmed transaction with the $2 you sent.
