Does He have a penis or a vagina?
If He has either...and there is only one God...why would he need reproductive organs?
God is represented as a masculine gender in the Bible. But please, let us not go into penises or vaginas because this is blasphemous and is inappropriate question to be asked about a God. Please just refer to the Bible you will see there God is a HE.
