Well, unimaginable. What kind of a society would that be? Picture yourself not only killing others but being killed because someone is angry at you for some stupid reason.
You have a point. Imagine you will kill a certain person because you are angry with her/him. Then the family of these certain people will get angry at you too. And they will kill you.
