now this is weird a few blocks we did hit today and have been removed from the hash graph as if they were confliced/orphan blocks.. But slush is still showing them in the rewards and in the block history page and nothing is mentioning that that they were invalid blocks.

If you see them in the block history, we've got them (unles the block is marked invalid - oprhaned). Yep, this was really lucky period.
