CoinExchange is having alot of issues with the ETH shit going on. I've also contacted CE with a question for listing last thursday and still didn't get a reply from them yet.
Dev itself did get an automated reply on his request but this email doesn't say whether they agree with a free listing or a discount on the 2 BTC listing fee. Application has been done, it's just CoinExchange that is being really slow at this point. All we can do is wait for CE to give a decent reply stating how they want to work with XSH Dev to get around the listing fee issue, as this is a no premine coin listing fees are being paid with donations so we're hoping to get a free listing or a discount.
