Im trying to move my BDG from one MEW acct to another but the transaction fails. Im using the correct amt of gas but transaction fails. Can anyone assist?

I experienced that in other ICOs. Some icos lock their tokens till after ICO end. I guess its same here and you have to wait till ico ends:)
