OP is using antpool i suppose, and they are very bad at accelerating transactions nowadays.

Accelerate your transactions via Antpool by yourself ! there are alot of transactions now submitted there.
ViaBTC is the only valid option nowadays assuming that they have paid at least 10sat/byte tx fee for the tx.
