Apart from mentioned major red flags, the website and the announcement is ICO and ROI focused, I would like it rather focus on product and on value it creates (if any).
If there's a value - there's a chance of having a long term growth, otherwise it's a pump and dump which is a dangerous game to play (you may not be on time to dump it:)))
