i have the same problem going on. 
I made three gbyte withdrawals Friday, however they didn't go through, and they are NOT on the GBTYE blockchain. Please help, and i'm hoping you can credit them back almost 7 GBYTE on my account as nothing is send out. thank you! here they are :

I am in a similar boat with a GBYTE withdrawal.
It seems Cryptopia is running version 1.7 of the Byteball wallet.
That version is from April 2017:
The latest version 2.0 just came out a few days ago:
Perhaps this broke compatibility of the GByte wallet of Cryptopia?
Should be an easy fix I would say.
Can someone please forward this to the Cryptopia team? People have been waiting literally weeks for withdrawals to wallets. And they are fearing an exit scam.
