Moreover, I would also prefer something like "DeepVote" instead of "VoteCentral". Not only because of this "Deep" branding, but also because of the fact that the word "Central" might create an impression of some centralization, whereas the goal of this feature is opposite - ability to make decisions about the future of this project in a decentralized way.
