LTC waste of time mining, What is the point to waste 4 GPU to make $3 per day?

If you can only see "today", then you might have a point.
I mined BTC when it was pennies each and LTC when it had ZERO value.
In 6 months when those coins might be worth $100 each, it kind of changes the equation.

Of course your right, and its this point that the OP misses completely. Its the possibility any other alt (old or yet to come), including LTC, could be the next bitcoin, and thats why we will continue to see new coins.
