You seem to know something that we dont, so should we buy and hold this coin long term, or sell when it goes up a little and buy when it drops or what?

I have high hopes for this coin but nothing is happening so far, no hype, no talks, no deals etc. Can anybody tell me whats going on? I am thinking about selling and moving on to other coins. Thanks for any advice.
