It is true? Why disabled withdrawal?

This is for the Veloxbolt platform. This exchange is not VeloxBolt, it is merely a temporary exchange where users can trade VLX/BTC and other alt pairs.
Withdrawals are currently disabled as there is currently an issue where Gmail users can not receive emails from our servers. We are working on this issue currently. Once it is resolved the exchange will be fully functional and withdrawals will be enabled.

Gmail users currently can not receive emails from us. We are working on this issue and trying to figure out why this is the case. We presume it is some sort of spam filter by google which we are trying to find a fix for. We have contacted google to see if they can help resolve the issue.
All other email companies, e.g hotmail, mailru, yahoo, etc should now be working fine, but they too did have an issue which we fixed in the last 24 hours.

For now, create an email you can easily access, and then once the gmail issue is resolved (once withdrawals are enabled) you can change your email in the account settings section.

how many time do you think need for enable withdrawals?

The process to fix the gmail issue, from what we have consulted with other developers who have experienced this problem, is 1-3 days max. It could very well be solved within the next few hours but it is really up to how long it takes to get a response from google postmasters. 1-3 days, maximum! This is shorter than originally intended. We made fantastic progress today and fixed a lot of small bugs. We originally planned on having a one week beta but since this is now our only known issue, and security has been reviewed several times, we can reduce it to 1-3 days to take care of the gmail issue.
