Hi guys this is my first time buring directly from bitmain i preorder on october finals the l3 december 1-10 batch my order is full paid verified but no shipping update no email no status change, i opened 3 tickets  and no response i googled and i see  other people have this trouble with past and recent orders, also try to call their hot line but cant get in touch, im looking for any solution or way to approach, twitter, facebook, and now here since i know they size of this community i appreciate any help or further info about how can i proceed.
