I don't think you should do that immediatly, they gave me the chance to exchange all my cryptocoins, but not my euros (the bank options are not there), but since they don't reply to my 3 weeks ago emails or do not chat on twitter, this is not a way to work. Even though they open again my account I don't think I will work again with them. I like to know what I have done wrong. As I said I think it is crossed information and I created an account in GDAX with my valid data and they closedthe accounts with any justification. I suppose that was the system that detected me as I was 2 persons with same data
