We are amazed at the existence of a large number of ICOs, but they have very valuable projects in them and this project produces systems that work with blockchain technology for us to use in our future life. The idea is valuable, money is needed to improve the project. It doesn't  matter much if you join an ICO and buy cheaper  it from the share of the project or take it from the project coin later.   Only you should research the project very well.
