We are happy to announce that our merchant gateway is very close to being activated (by end of the week). We are now accepting merchant applications that, if approved, will allow your business to add eBTC to your payment options easily.
The first 300 merchants will not be charged a setup fee (a $200 savings)!
In the first phase, we will accept all kinds of online merchants. The second phase will include offline merchants as well, but the date for this has not been set.
Applications are available on the eBitcoin website. Approval is not automatically guaranteed. We reserve the right to refuse applications that violate any type of human rights, racism, sexual content or similar.

That's great merchant adoption is what's needed to make ebtc a everyday use where anyone can spend with retailers especially online retailers. Ebtc moving in the right direction
