thanks for the link. I tested on i5 and it seems to be 5% faster than cpuminer opti.
Did you test the xmrig-cc-nvidia, too? Is there any difference to xmrig-nvidia?

edit: on i5 5-7% faster, on Xeon no speed up (ask me why
