To transfer ETNs, type: "transfer [ADDRESS] [AMOUNT] [PAYMENTID]" where [ADDRESS] is the ETN address of Cryptopia, [AMOUNT] the amount you want to send and [PAYMENTID] the PaymentId provided by Cryptopia ( all of this without quotation marks or hooks, of course). Enter Enter. Then Y and Enter (you may have to do it twice).
