Yes STRAT in last few days is going down....because tumblebit is in Beta and not final product, but also you need to have patience. It was 2.5$ last month, now is 9.5$ ...
Have patience....have trust .....
Yes i also see that coins like WAVES,EOS,Lisk with no good news like STRAT are mooning, but i have trust and faith in STRATIs and DEV team and i will wait.
Is quite stressing to see only green on other coins and red on strat...but STRAT time will come soon....and will be GREEN a long term.
I am totally with you, how many times i sold too soon because of impatience and almost always i regret, because i sold and bought something raised already and than thing i bought fell and thing i just sold raised, i felt so stupid
, now i am in huge plus i can say, since i stopped with such nonsense sells 
. Patience is the key to such a great things, that you even never imagined it could happen to you .
