I have the same problem, since 2-3 weeks... (ie: http://prntscr.com/hmogeo)
Kraken support staff: useless
Basically it's like they don't take new customer from specific country, but don't officially say it...
So I have to forget the idea of opening, and to be able to validate my account at home, or it's just a story of time?
I have no idea, I don't work for them and I'm just piss they just don't give attention to our problem
