Question: it is written that I must provide my ETH address to receive coins after the sale and must be compatible ERC-20.
I have ETH address in JAXX Wallet. Is this wallet OK or I have to download some other?

Hi,
Jaxx does not support ERC20 tokens. You will be able to send your NGC but you won't be able to manage them.
I recommend to use MyEtherWallet or ImToken
