@yesiamroxane &  nitishsaini91_89 I have the solution posted earlyer in the topic but here it is again.

1) http://prntscr.com/hl4yfr , Create a shortcut on the NsCpu... to desktop not on TomosMining
2) http://prntscr.com/hl4ysa , Right click, properties, and in target add the following affter...NsCpuCNMiner64.exe:  NsCpuCNMiner64 -o stratum+tcp://80.211.205.216:3333 -nofee 1 -p x -dbg -2 -u -t 4, Hit Ok.
3) Run NsCpuCn as Admin once and reboot your pc.
4) Run it again, and fast mode should be enabled.

If this doesn't work, Disable UAC and try. I did both steps, but you migh need to do the first one only.
