Blockchain won't transform it, maybe people would have a chance to pay for the medical help in bitcoins or any other coins but that way we can say that blockchain can transform anything. However it's not a transformation, it's just a small new ability.
Health care industries now a days is very expensive because of the added taxes, if we use block chain technology we can elude taxes to government
which added burden to its citizen, because of tax avoidance we can reduce the rate health services by almost 30 percent, specially if we will purchase
health equipment abroad.
So do you mean if we avoid taxation (which is used for healthcare industry development) that would be a good point? Bet that will lead to that industry withering and degradation.
