Should I have a signature on the profile (Bounty) to write and upload my publications to the blog (Medium)?
And yet, how is the "Impact" of the article determined on the audience?
How many views should it have for medium influence?

Im not the bounty manager, but as there is no such thing in the rules, and as your Bitcointalk profile should not be linked with your Medium blog, I think I can tell you: no you dont have to wear the signature to participate in the articles campaign.
