I have updated driver to the newest one 17.12.1 and now my rx 570 is stuck to 300 mhz core clock which cripples mining performance Has anyone noticed something similiar ? I've had issues with radeon mining after the latest windows update, before the card would only do 19 mh/s eth max with blockchain driver, but now it's doing 6 which is completely not worth it.
