@Xanidas can you explain why Neuromation's github looks so empty? Are you guys hosting your code somewhere else?

And another one - why would one invest in your ICO so early? Since the project completion would look very different depending on the funds collected, wouldn't it be safer to wait and see how much money you collect on ICO so that's it's clear what goals you commit for?
