I think DeepDomination need to slow down, people think DeepOnion is over shilled and not good IMO
This is exactly what we've done. We've changed the Domination tasks in light of recent events.
That was a good call to make. I think people should have real expections of a coin and manage their emotions. There is still a long road to go for DeepOnion, but everything seems on track in my opinion.
Yeah, the promotions team is doing a really great job.
I think they get to be in an echo chamber at times. We are too positive as a whole, so why won't other people be? Turns out when you get hundreds of dollars a week for forum posts, you get to be pretty positive. Yet, from the outside it can all look rather fake. So, we have to see it for what it is. The proximite answer is to have more control over marketing and it is being done. The far reaching answer is a cultural shift from within, we need to be more questioning and less apologetically so. The change might be slow, but it is a must for proper growth.
As someone who both hates spam, and has a lot of pride regarding my written skills, I can attest to the fact that I believe this next iteration of Domination tasks will do very well. Those involved were hand-selected, and I played a significant part of that process. We only let in a few, and we'll be monitoring heavily for the foreseeable future. With that being said, time will tell. I'm confident though.
