I have 4,5 D3 miner , i have bought them from shitty face's company bitmain. And interestingly always 3rd hash board is creates many hw error and i have more than machine completely loose 3rd board.
Do you have similar problem especially hash board number 3 ?

It seems there is design problem with air circulation , it is not so possible all machines has problem on 3rd hash boards.
