2 days can not send zec from my freewallet  account. It's second time when during zec pump they freeze send transaction.
I understand that some maintenance is required time to time but what is the problem notify about 24 hours ahead? Now it's looks a scam.
Support just saying "we so sorry, but we do not know when it will be fixed" 
Strongly do not recommend that. It's bright and beautiful app but de facto does not work very often. Keep your funds on cold wallet. It's safe
